“I have awareness of the science behind reflexology and want to help the community have a heightened curiosity about its benefits,”

Walking the Path

There are over 7,000 nerve endings in the feet. When walking the path, targeted pressure points are stimulated in specific areas of the feet. The path is categorized by the five basic Chinese elements of: water, wood, fire, earth, and metal.

An instructional kiosk will be installed to teach visitors how to walk that path and how each element targets specific areas of the body.

The Muelder Reflexology Path is dedicated to health, wellness, and quality of life.
