Reflexology is a practice based on the principles that there are reflexes in the feet and hands that correspond to all organs, glands, and parts of the body. It is a popular complementary therapy used to relieve stress, pain, and discomfort. Barb Brower, a certified reflexologist with over 20 years of experience has offered this self-paced course. You will have the opportunity to learn about the principles of reflexology, view a video demonstration of the basic techniques and be able to practice these skills as a result of completing this course.
**This course fulfills the 1.0 nursing continuing education
requirement for PAIN management mandated for RN relicensure in the State of Michigan.
