The College of Education announced its 2026 Alumni Awards this week, which included the College of Nursing's Dr. Gwen Wyatt.
Wyatt, who arrived at the college in 1980, is currently professor emeritus, and has a long, distinguished research career. You can read the full story on her recent award on the College of Education's website.
"I can’t imagine MSU nor the College of Nursing without the many talents and opportunities that Dr. Gwen Wyatt has brought since she began her tenure as a faculty member in 1980, said College of Nursing Interim Dean Linda S. Weglicki. "Her expert and kind mentorship of faculty, students, and staff is immeasurable and has been a major contributor in what the college is today. She is more than deserving of this outstanding recognition and award."
