First Michigan State University College of Nursing practice opened with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in Battle Creek, MI (employees working included an NP, psychiatrists, a social worker, a NS Manager, an RN, a LPN, a receptionist, a collab physician, and an MA)

ELOPP Foot Care Clinic closed
During this three-year period, we executed a capitated contract with the Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton County Health Departments.
