The purpose of this project is to help Vietnamese mothers learn about their teens' health through culturally tailored stories and videos.
Stories and Videos: Participants will be invited to watch 4 brief (2-3 minute) videos, once daily. Some participants will watch videos about general teen health topics while other participants will watch culturally tailored story videos created by other Vietnamese mothers.
Survey: Participants will be asked to fill out a brief baseline survey, a brief assessment after each story video, a survey following all 4 videos and a 2-month follow-up survey. Researchers will remain in touch via text messages and email.
Optional Interview: Optionally, participants may be asked to give a more in-depth interview regarding the story videos and recommended improvements.
Parental Consent & Compensation: All participants will be asked to fill out consent forms. Participants may withdraw from the study if they wish at any time. Participants will be compensated with online gift cards for completing project activities.
