Practice Day

Empowering Nursing Excellence Through Innovative Solutions

MSU College of Nursing Practice Day is a nursing professional development event designed for registered nurses, advanced practice registered nurses, nurse leaders, faculty, and other healthcare professionals. This conference fosters nursing excellence by exploring innovative practices, emerging technologies, and evidence-based solutions that shape the future of healthcare. Through engaging discussions and interactive sessions, participants will gain valuable insights to enhance patient care, drive quality improvement, and lead advancements in nursing practice.

Network with nurse leaders within the profession. We will be offering tours of MSU College of Nursing Simulation Lab and featuring live music from the College of Music. 
 

Nursing Continuing Education: Practice Day will provide participants with up to 5.5 continuing nursing education (CNE) contact hours. Learners that successfully participate in learning sessions and complete the post-session evaluation for each session will receive designated continuing education contact hours.

Learning outcome: Upon completion of this continuing professional development activity, participants will state increased knowledge of the impact of nursing practice related to innovation, quality improvement and the continued drive for nursing excellence.
