The college has an abundance of resources including a health sciences digital library, a dedicated librarian, online tutorials, and a wealth of databases.

A vast array of nursing books and journals are available electronically. All of these electronic resources can be easily accessed online from anywhere in the world. In addition, hard copies are housed at the main MSU Library.

As nursing research and practice integrates knowledge from multiple disciplines, these resources are available to help aide in searches. Helping to provide faculty, staff, and students with assistance in their searches, an overview of research guides include:

  • Nursing Resources
  • Journal Impact Factors
  • Finding Practice Guidelines
  • Nursing Theory Resources
  • Health Statistics and Data Sets
  • Keeping Up with the Literature
  • Consumer Health Internet Resources
  • Course Guides

The health sciences digital library can be accessed online. Contact college librarian Jessica Sender with questions or requests.
