The College of Nursing has several programs to help you become a BSN-prepared nurse while experiencing unique educational opportunities.
ACCESS
The Achieving Culturally Competent Education and Student Success! (ACCESS) Program provides financial and educational support to motivated high school students who are admitted to MSU as a pre-nursing student.
Nurse Scholar Program
The Nurse Scholar Program gives high-achieving high school students the opportunity to earn conditional admission into the college straight out of high school.
Study Abroad
Study Abroad provides students a chance to grow professionally while learning about other people, places and cultures, and broadens their education and perspective on the world.
Undergraduate Research Program
Since Michigan State is a research facility, the university encourages its students to participate in research. The College of Nursing has extended efforts for undergraduate students to participate in nursing research through opportunities within the classroom and mentoring experiences.
