Shelly Martin, BSN '96, has used her nursing skills and education to excel in the world of business. As president of OptumCare Network of Utah, Martin oversees care delivery for over 60,000 older adults and leads a team of over 150 doctors, nurses and other care practitioners.
Under Martin’s leadership, OptumCare Network of Utah helps enhance patient care by coordinating care across the continuum, including primary and specialty care, urgent care and more complex care for patients in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home settings.
