Dr. Joshua Winowiecki is a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Assistant Professor, and the inaugural Director of the Center for Practice Transformation. With nearly two decades of experience in critical care and trauma nursing, his work spans the integration of evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and health equity into both clinical and educational environments. He is also a dedicated mentor, guiding the next generation of nurses through innovative teaching strategies, including the exploration of AI applications in nursing education. His leadership extends to the clinical arena, advancing nurse resilience, LGBTQ+ health, and excellence in patient care.
