Introduction
Home-based family caregivers of Hospice patients: Supporting quality of life
Strong converging evidence demonstrates that exposure to natural environments is linked with better overall health. Nature in the physical world is preferable, but for home-based caregivers of hospice patients who are confined to indoor care, an alternative is needed. The aim of this collaborative research project is to investigate whether utilization of virtual immersive nature experiences are a suitable approach to reducing symptoms and improving quality of life for home-based hospice family caregivers.
