Lucas VanEtten

About Me:
Lucas VanEtten is a board certified specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy with a clinical background in orthopaedic and sports medicine. He has worked collaboratively with athletes ranging from the weekend warrior to the professional athlete. He has been involved with post-professional residency and fellowship training of physical therapists since 2012, and now serves as a residency and fellowship site reviewer for the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education.
Lucas completed his MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2018, with an emphasis on leadership development and strategic planning. He has brings experience as a professional business coach and hospital system administrator to the MSU College of Nursing. In previous roles he has overseen development of a broad range of rehabilitation service lines, including audiology, physical & occupational therapy, speech therapy, chiropractic, orthotics/prosthetics, recreational therapy, and creative arts therapy.
His research interests have included lower extremity rehabilitation, predictive analytics in patient behaviors, and the development of therapeutic alliance.
